So Strongwebmail in case anyone didn't know, thought it would be a good idea to offer $10k if you could hack their CEO's account... they were owned and the guy who did it is blogging about it, saying as much as he can at this stage. Good to see although there are sites that do let you have at them they are probably owned fairly regularly, nothing as high profile and damaging as this is. one that's not on it that i enjoyed was http://www.mod-x.co.uk I got up to the last level, which involved developing a buffer overflow exploit in an application running on their freebsd machine :) I still haven't passed that level, after like 5 years :P maybe this will be the year?
