Following on from the podcast about the 90 or so (hey, who's counting!) bugs recently found by apple...

CansecWest, Vancouver, have demonstrated that non-jailbreaked iphones visiting a malicious website + a certain vulnerabiliy in the safari internet browser on the phone allows an certain exploit to execute with admin rights which is nicely used to steal the entire contents of your SMS store on the phone.
