Medical Records - Data loss
Hi All,
After the discussion Patrick had with the datalossdb.org crew, we've got a document disposal breach in the news here in Australia, that the Privacy Commisioner has weighed into.

It'd be interesting to get peoples opinions on whether we should have data loss / data breach legislation here in Australia. I'm not sure if it reduces the amount of data loss, however I'm sure that it leaves a bad taste in the mouth of any organisation who has a loss / breach and should hopefully get them to do something about it...
