What are people clicking on to send these PMs? Is it the Envelope icon in the user column? The one that links to https://risky.biz/user/[uid]/contact

yep just the envelope icon, I assume you aren't really using private messaging, but emailing the user that would explain the lack to pm on the forum I suppose.
I would also like to know the answer to this. I believe a email is sent to both the sender and receiver with the message and who it is from but I don't know where we can view them here on the site.
