What about Stratfor?
looks like Stratfor has been pwnzerised by Anonymous who have leaked the personal and credit card details of its clients (includes large corporates and US government and military). It also looks like some high profile politicians have been caught up in the leak. Apparently they have used the credit card numbers to make donations to various charities (how nice of them!).

Accidents happen, but smells like: a case of big companies with no-one taking responsibility for anything, too many improperly validated changes to the production environment and no-one testing the system once the changes are made. Also this leads to a nice case of data breach.
Merry Christmas :)
